1200 hectares of beautifull cattle farm with blue mountains and large rivers with temperatures as low as 14 grades centigrades. Is only fifty minutes away from the third biggest city of the Republic of Panama, Santiago. Santiago is a typical agricultural and cattle raising Panamenean city inhabited by wealthy farmers and with an intense commercial activity. The idiosyncrasy of the population in this area consist in simple town minded people that welcome outsiders in a very traditional and respectful way.The property consist in 8 farms with different sizes ranging from 22 hectares ( 54.34 acres) the smallest to 241 hectares the biggest. The landscaping of Santa Fe consist of mountains with tropical trees and pine trees with large rivers ideal for hydroelectrical proyects with white rocks and wide dirt roads that gives access to most of the farms in the area.The activity in the area is mainly cattle raising with some agricultural activity. There are also some trails for people that like to interact with nature taking you to beautiful waterfalls. Santa Fe is one of the few natural areas that still remains "untouched" in Panama.
The road from Santiago to Santa Fe is a very Secure road that goes on a straight line up to the mountains with no dangerous curves and made of well maintained asphalt.
The climat is temperate humid with cool temperatures ( 9,684 sq.feet above sea level) in the raining season and dry cool winds during the summer season that last from december to march.april. Winds are stronger during this time.
