Excelente casa en acabados y funcionalidad. Tiene agua potable abundante, sin necesidad de bomba que sí la tiene, el barrio (Loma Verde) es muy tranquilo y hay guardias de seguridad con caseta de control y aguja. Hay cantidad de nuevos Centros Coomerciales y servicios en un radio de 2 kms de la casa, incluyendo Walmart y Momentum, el Automercado, Terramal. Vía San Juan, etc.
