I am looking to partner or co broker with someone in the North Coast and elsewhere to assist with properties I have been marketing there. I have several properties in my small development company, and that I have either personally, through someone who has recently become "unavailable", and possibly through a conjunctive agreement with Coldwell Banker in Costa Rica

I have many leads and possible investors and need someone to co-ordinate with me on properties there, possibly showing properties to referred clients, keeping in touch with owners/developers etc. This is on a co-share of commissions basis

The previous person's position has left me with a lot of work and no way to get someone on the ground there, so I need to get moving - fast!

Someone reliable, on the ball, easily accessible by phone or email , pleasant and professional.
