Short Job Description	We are an American owned organization, looking for a Local Accountant to work full time (40-48 hours per week) in our Managua office. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Spanish, honest and reliable, be able to multi-task projects, and be able to interact effectively with staff.

Qualifications:

• Must have a degree in accounting with complete and thorough knowledge of all accounting functions and procedures for a Nicaraguan business
•Minimum one year of accounting experience is required.
•Proficiency with computer applications (specifically Word, Excel) is required.
•Demonstrated accuracy and scrupulous attention to detail is required.
•Must demonstrate the ability to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
•Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
•Excellent writing and grammar skills are required, both English and Spanish language.
