Panama's Tax Incentives Planned To Attract More Multinationals
Panama has recently seen a boom of foreign investments due to the Law 41 which offers foreigners incentives in tax as well as assistance for their visa. This is proven be the increasing number of multinational companies in the country.  Law 41 was a project of both the government and private sectors to promote their country as a place for international businesses. According to the Panamanian Ministry of Commerce and Industry, seventeen global companies have uprooted from their original regional offices to be in Panama.
