If a payment has been correctly made, is not pending approval and for some reason has not been delivered in a period longer than 24 business hours, the company may offer a full credit card refund or in the form of Credits.
In certain special circumstances there may be a 24 to 48 business hour purchase enabling, since it could be pending manual approval and verification.
In the case that you purchased an ad and placed the ad in the wrong category, don't worry, we'll help you fix that situation by moving your ad to the correct category. Use our contact form and notify us immediately. Be sure to include your Ad ID number, a brief description, and the existing category where the ad should appear. We'll follow up and send you an email notification once the item has been fixed.
Purchased credits do not have a expiration date. If the account is canceled the credits are refunded.
Credit given as gifts or promotion that have not been purchased are non-refundable.
