We are a US-based commercial finance network expanding our Business Loans division. We are not looking for customer service representatives. We are looking for aggressive, self-directed hunters who understand how to penetrate the US B2B market.
This is not a hand-holding role. You will not be spoon-fed leads or micro-managed. Your sole objective is to generate your own pipeline, bypass corporate gatekeepers, identify intent for working capital from business owners, and transfer that prequalified intent to our closing team. We handle the funding; you handle the hunting.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
Self-Generation: You must know how to build your own lead lists. If you need a script or a list handed to you, do not apply.
Gatekeeper Mastery: You have the tactical experience and hustle to get past receptionists and administrative blocks to reach the actual decision-maker.
US Payment Infrastructure: You MUST have an established method to receive direct USD payments within the US financial system (e.g., Payoneer, Wise, direct US Bank Account). We do not handle local wire transfers.
Language: Flawless or highly proficient conversational English. You are speaking to US business owners.
Autonomy: Zero micro-management. You are graded strictly on the prequalified leads you deliver.
COMPENSATION & ASCENSION TRACK:
Phase 1: Pure Production. High-yield, commission-only structure. You eat what you kill. The margins on commercial loans allow for aggressive payouts on funded deals.
Phase 2: Base Activation. Top performers who demonstrate consistent pipeline generation will unlock a guaranteed hourly rate on top of their commission structure.
Phase 3: The Ops Floor (Team Lead). This is a ground-floor strike. Elite producers will be elevated to Team Leads. You will be assigned your own squad of agents and will earn override commissions on everything their team closes.
