20 flats, 20 private parking spaces, and bicycle storage areas in a 6-story building. Architecturally, the project is designed by Marlo Trejos and developed by the company DWL. JANE is inspired by urban planner Jane Jacobs.

There are four different models ranging from 70 to 160 square meters.
