Job Summary:
o Negotiate payment terms/arrangements if applicable.
o Review account status/information thoroughly to understand the customer’s inquiry/need.
o Respond to inquiry/need and decide upon the most appropriate solution, if applicable.
o Recommend appropriate solutions, products and/or alternative options to resolve customer inquiry/need, if applicable.
o Overcome consumer objections; refer complaints immediately to the appropriate MC/TL/relevant department.
o Engage with customers on all inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other channels of communication applicable and/ or supports to update customer’s account information
o Champion company core values and other company programs
o Other duties as assigned
Position: Call Center Agent (Collections)
· Client: An automotive lending company that provides customers financing through franchised dealerships across the United States
·
Shifts and Training: Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.00pm (DLS 8.00am to 5.00pm) and One Saturday per month for 4 Hours
· WFO/ WFO: WFO available after training
· Hiring Requirements: 25 FTE Hires
· Joining Date: May 16, 2022 + 23rd May 2022 ( maybe more start dates)
· Salary & Perks: $850 monthly and performance bonus up to $250
