    • Curso de Manipulación de alimentos vigente.

  • Habilidades y Funciones

    Manager responsibilities include:

    1- Coordinating daily restaurant management operations.
    Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.

    2- Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.

    3- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.

    4- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees.

    5- The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.

    6- Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of beer, cocktails and spirits-

    7-Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the restaurant and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

    8- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.

    9- Organize and supervise shifts.

    10-Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.

    11-Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
    Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

    Hooligan's Lincoln Plaza is looking for a Restaurant Manager that demonstrates strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills, that is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation, and can evidence having a solid work ethic, good business acumen and a passion for service.

    We look for a true LEADER, who shares our Golden Rule : people who, by nature, believe in treating others as we would have them treat us.

    BASIC PURPOSE: Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction.
