We rent furnished apartments according to your needs.
With 1 room, 1 bathroom and other areas: $40 per night or $650 per month for up to 2 guests.
With 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and other areas: $50 per night or $750 per month for up to 4 guests.
With 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms and other areas: $60 per night or $800 per month. for up to 6 guests.
The fee covers the services of water, gas, internet, cable and 7 kilowatts per night of electric power.
A $100 security deposit is paid back on departure. We have discounts for stays from 4 nights onwards.
We do not accept animals and the reserve must be made by those who are going to stay.
