About the Role
Charm is hiring an Appointment Setter to support two high-growth SaaS clients simultaneously. You'll be booking qualified meetings for:
A technical hiring/assessment platform that helps companies hire developers through coding interviews and assessments (targeting HR leaders, recruiters, and talent acquisition teams)
A go-to-market consultancy that helps startups build outbound sales motions and scale their GTM operations (targeting founders, GTM leaders, and startup executives)
This role requires someone who can context-switch between different products, buyer personas, and value propositions while maintaining high activity and meeting quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
Outbound calling into US time zones using standard dialers and CRM tools
Qualifying prospects across two different buyer personas (HR/recruiting teams AND startup founders/GTM leaders)
Booking meetings for both client sales teams (target: ~20 qualified meetings per month total)
Managing pipeline and tracking activity/results in CRM
Learning both products through comprehensive training programs
Adapting messaging based on which client/product you're pitching
What We're Looking For
Required:
1-2 years of SaaS or tech sales experience (appointment setting, SDR, BDR, or similar)
Proven ability to hit dial/meeting targets consistently
Strong communication skills and phone presence
Comfortable working US time zones
Ability to quickly learn and switch between different products/pitches
Coachable and eager to learn
Bonus Points:
Experience selling to multiple buyer personas (HR/recruiting AND startup/GTM audiences)
Familiarity with developer tools or GTM/sales operations
Experience with cold outbound prospecting
Most Important: We're looking for someone hungry and trainable. If you've got the drive, work ethic, and can handle juggling two different products, we want to hear from you.
Compensation
Base: $1,,200 USD per month
Commission: Per qualified meeting booked (details discussed in interview)
Target: ~5 meetings per month (across both clients)
Training & Support
Full product training on both SaaS platforms and their value propositions
Separate training on buyer personas and objection handling for each client
Standard dialing and CRM tools (training provided)
Ongoing coaching and support from the Charm team

This isn't your typical single-product SDR role. You'll be building expertise across two different products selling to completely different audiences:
Technical hiring platform HR/recruiting teams who need better ways to assess developer candidates
GTM consultancy Startup founders/leaders who need help building outbound sales motions
If you thrive on variety, love learning new products, and can adapt your pitch based on who you're talking to, this role will keep you sharp.
Who You'll Be Working With
You'll be employed by Charm (an outsourced sales agency) but working directly with both client teams on a day-to-day basis. You'll have support from all sides to help you succeed.
