We are WinCars, the market leader in car deliveries from the USA to Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, and Moldova. As we expand our operations by opening a representative office in El Salvador, we are excited to announce that we are seeking ambitious and proactive sales managers to join our dynamic team.

As an international company specializing in importing cars from the USA and Canada, we support our clients every step of the way—from car selection to delivery.

What we offer:
Competitive salary: base salary $600 + generous bonuses based on sales performance (no income limits).
Strong team: support, mentorship, and exchange of experience.
Learning and development: in-depth understanding of client management, auctions (Copart, IAAI), and logistics.

Schedule: full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

What we expect:
At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
Interest in the automotive sector and a desire to develop in this field.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct business negotiations.
High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
Fluency in Spanish, intermediate English.

Cualificación

What we expect:
At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
Interest in the automotive industry and a desire to develop in this field.
Excellent communication skills and business negotiation skills.

Fluency in Spanish, intermediate English.

Habilidades y Funciones

Your responsibilities:
Consulting clients and managing the full sales cycle of US vehicles.
Processing incoming inquiries, negotiating, and building trusting relationships with clients.
Searching for and analyzing attractive offers at international auctions.
Full client support from the initial contact to vehicle delivery.
Effective use of a CRM system and optimization of internal processes.
