The Digital Marketing Manager is the operational engine of the marketing team, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations (compliance or real estate industry experience a plus)

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build reports, and translate insights into action

• Familiarity with StoryBrand or similar messaging frameworks

• Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination abilities

• Understanding of the LIHTC, HUD, HOME, BOND, and Section 8 compliance landscape is a significant advantage

• Ability to motivate people to superior performance, with and without direct line authority

• Ability to Maintain a positive attitude - exhibit friendly, positive and professional demeanor in all client and team member interactions. Remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact.

• Ability to work well with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
