    Procedural Capabilities
    • Have solid computer skills with the ability to navigate through multiple screens consistently while communicating with customers
    • Track and report customer interactions
    • Calculate basic transactions
    • Multitask
    • Adapt to frequently changed products, promotions, policies, and procedures
    • Enter data quickly and accurately
    • Quickly summarize customer information during every call based on information displayed on computer screen
    • Manual dexterity to allow for navigating between screens and entering data
    • Learn and retain complex concepts
    • Resourceful - Find answers to customer questions and policy questions
    • Translate documents from English to Spanish (agents serving Spanish customers)
    • Understand a customers concerns and match, in real-time, the concern with a company product and price tier
    • Build product value to show the customer how the products will serve their needs

    Soft skills / Phone skills
    • Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to customer questions and concerns
    • Use excellent soft skills such as active listening, building rapport, empathy
    • Build rapport and nurture customer relationships
    • Handle all of the aspects of the customer interaction to create an excellent customer experience
    • Speak clearly and fluently in English (and Spanish)
    • Address concerns and overcome objections
    • Write in English using proper grammar and punctuation
    • Assertive, consultative and results oriented
    • Strong attention to detail
    • At times, defuse and empathize with upset and angry customers
    • Culturally attuned and sensitive to the United States and Latin American markets
