This role is about more than admin work – you’ll be handling a variety of tasks, from scheduling appointments and managing personal errands to coordinating business projects. You must be versatile, reliable, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way.
Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails, and meetings
Organize travel and personal appointments
Handle personal tasks, errands, and special projects as assigned
Communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams
Assist with research, document preparation, and project coordination
Key Requirements:
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
Ability to manage both personal and business tasks independently
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Must have your own computer and reliable high-speed internet
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle any tasks assigned
Experience in assisting C-level executives is a plus but not required
