Run facilities, maintenance and technical support of AVL (GPS) devices and their
accessories, complying with the established operational protocols, with the aim of ensuring the
correct operation of units and customer satisfaction.

Main functions
• Make the installation of AVL devices and portfolio products in vehicles.
• Run preventive and corrective maintenance on installed equipment.
• Diagnostic technical failures and ensure their effective solution.
• Check the status of uninstalled accessories for reuse or billing.
• To prepare detailed technical reports on each intervention.
• Ensure that each installation meets quality and operation standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the devices, software and accessories of the
company.
• Provide basic technical support to the customer when required.
