PART-TIME REMOTE JOB OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely.

Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pacific Time
Remote / Work from Home

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience
HVAC or home-services experience preferred
ServiceTitan experience required
Experience scheduling appointments and using the ServiceTitan Dispatch Board
Good English communication skills
Reliable internet and computer
Quiet and professional workspace

The position will primarily involve answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and assigning customers to the appropriate technician based on their service needs.

This is a long-term part-time opportunity.
