About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented SEO & Web Specialist to support website optimization, technical health, and web design projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end technical audits, implementing on-site SEO best practices, analyzing and configuring tracking tags, and making UX/UI design enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Technical SEO: Perform in-depth technical audits (crawl errors, indexing issues, site architecture, page speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and XML sitemaps) and resolve issues promptly.On-Site SEO: Optimize landing pages and core site content, including keyword mapping, title tags, meta descriptions, header structure ($H_1-H_6$), internal linking, and content formatting.

Web Design & Optimization: Build, update, or refine responsive web pages using modern CMS/builders (e.g., WordPress/Elementor, Webflow, or custom HTML/CSS) with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX.Tracking & Analytics (Google Tags):

Audit, implement, and troubleshoot tracking tags using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and conversion event setups (form submissions, click-to-call, custom events).

Reporting & Collaboration: Deliver actionable audit findings, track implementation progress, and communicate status clearly in a remote setup.

Tool Proficiency:

SEO Tools: Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console.

Analytics & Tagging: Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Assistant.

CMS/Design: WordPress (builders like Elementor, Gutenberg, etc.), basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge.

Analytics Mindset: Ability to diagnose missing/duplicate tags, troubleshoot data layer events, and ensure clean tracking across domains.

Work Ethic & Communication: High level of self-motivation, strong written/verbal communication skills, and reliable availability for scheduled check-ins.

Must Haves

Experience with Local SEO (Google Business Profile, local landing pages, schema).

Knowledge of call tracking platforms (e.g., CallRail).

Familiarity with page speed optimization plugins/tools (WP Rocket, Cloudflare, Asset CleanUp).
