La Campanita (The Windchime) is a beautiful property located within the Nature Reserve on the rim of Laguna de Apoyo, an extinct volcano that is now a clear crater lake. All houses are plumbed with hot water, have ceiling fans, screened windows, patios and come furnished. There are 5 water retention reservoirs on the property to collect and hold rain water. We are also connected to a municipal water source to supply water during the dry months of the year. The houses were built with quality reinforced concrete block with attractive iron grates over all the windows and iron secondary doors over all the hardwood doors for total security.
