WE’RE HIRING – BILINGUAL RECRUITER
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Managua.
Location: Managua
Preferably candidates living in Altamira, Metrocentro, or nearby areas
English: Advanced / Fluent
Position: Bilingual Recruiter
Salary: To be discussed during the interview
Schedule: Must be available to work weekends
Day Off: One weekday off
What we are looking for:
Strong communication skills
Good English and Spanish
Organized and responsible
Comfortable speaking with candidates by phone and message
Recruitment or customer service experience is a plus
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
