WORK FROM HOME | PART-TIME | 21 HOURS PER WEEK
Are you friendly, reliable, and great at communicating with people? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
SCHEDULE — 21 HOURS/WEEK
Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: Off
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Follow up with customers and respond to inquiries
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive and professional attitude
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Previous customer service or call-center experience is a plus, but not required
