A19 is a residential proposal developed by aurea, whose location in Coco del Mar, between the Omar Park and the Bay of Panama, makes possible the conjunction of architectural and urban elements, which allow to develop in harmony, a concept based on architecture, bioclimatic, landscape and interior design.
Bioclimatic Architecture:
A19 is sensitive and responsible with its environment and the conditions it offers. Use the climate of Panama in your favor to provide a wellness and comfort experience.
Balconies and parasols are architectural solutions for the protection of direct solar radiation in the interior, which reduces the need to use air conditioning and other cooling systems, which in turn
reduces energy consumption and improves the comfort of building users.
Landscape:
The rigorous selection and diversity of species will promote politicization and contribute to strengthening the local ecosystem.
It will have green roof, recreation, vegetated facade, ecological function, living area, accessibility, water collection and filtration and water reuse and irrigation system.
Architectural plants:
In A19 we have three types of apartments with flexible designs to furnish them according to the resident's lifestyle. All have a large balcony integrated into the room.
