Details
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive *Administrative Assistant* to provide administrative and clerical support to our project teams. This role will work closely with departments such as Operations, Project Administration, Accounting, and Human Resources, ensuring smooth information flow and compliance with internal processes.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
* Perform general office tasks including filing, data entry, drafting documents, and meeting coordination.
* Assist in preparing project documentation (submittals, RFIs, change orders, reports, etc.).
* Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company standards.
* Request and follow up on purchase orders, invoices, and subcontractor agreements.
* Support logistics and tracking of materials and equipment for projects.
* Facilitate communication and document sharing between departments such as Accounting and HR.

Associate degree or Bachelor's degree required.
