Early Bird Home Improvement is hiring experienced Cold Callers / Appointment Setters to speak with U.S. homeowners and generate qualified home-improvement opportunities.
We are looking for experienced callers who can speak natural English, handle objections, qualify prospects, set legitimate appointments, enter accurate CRM notes, and consistently follow up.
Projects may include roofing, painting, flooring, concrete, fencing, property repairs, exterior improvements, and other residential improvement work.
Requirements:
- Previous cold-calling or outbound sales experience
- Proven appointment-setting experience
- Excellent, natural spoken English
- Experience speaking with U.S. customers
- Strong objection handling and follow-up skills
- CRM experience
- Reliable computer, headset, internet, and quiet workspace
- Comfortable with high-volume calling, call reviews, roleplay, and coaching
Home improvement, roofing, construction, remodeling, solar, or real-estate experience is strongly preferred.
Compensation:
$600 USD/month base salary plus 10% of the commission/profit payment our company receives from home-improvement projects generated from your leads.
This is a performance-driven position. We want real opportunities and real projects—not meaningless calendar appointments.
