Fix My Power Bill is hiring experienced Solar Cold Callers / Appointment Setters to speak with U.S. homeowners and generate qualified residential solar appointments.
This is not an entry-level position.
We are looking for experienced callers who can speak natural English, follow a proven script, handle objections, qualify homeowners, set legitimate appointments, enter accurate CRM notes, and consistently follow up.
Requirements:
- Previous cold-calling or outbound sales experience
- Proven appointment-setting experience
- Excellent, natural spoken English
- Experience speaking with U.S. customers
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Consistent follow-up
- CRM experience
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Reliable computer, headset, high-speed internet, and quiet workspace
Previous solar appointment-setting or solar sales experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- High-volume outbound calling
- Qualifying U.S. homeowners
- Handling common solar objections
- Scheduling specific appointments
- Accurate CRM documentation
- Appointment confirmation
- Prospect follow-up
- Cancellation and no-show recovery
Depending on dialing technology and contact rates, total dial attempts may reach hundreds per day and potentially 500+ with multi-line dialing technology.
Compensation:
$600 USD/month base salary
Plus:
30 qualified solar appointments = $200 USD performance bonus
We evaluate real homeowner conversations, qualified appointments, appointment quality, show rate, follow-up activity, and sales generated—not meaningless dial volume.
