Destacada empresa inmobiliaria busca una Azafata Bilingüe de Proyecto Inmobiliario para apoyar las operaciones de atención al cliente, que prospecte clientes potenciales estableciendo el primer contacto y canalizándolos al departamento de ventas.

Importante: Este puesto no realiza el proceso de venta ni el cierre de negocios. Su responsabilidad es la captación y calificación inicial de prospectos para posteriormente transferirlos al equipo de ventas.

Welcome and assist clients in the showroom and sales office.
Provide basic information about the real estate projects.
Support the sales team with customer service.
Guide visitors through the real estate development.
Maintain a professional, friendly, and polished appearance at all times.
Assist with promotional and marketing activities.

Excellent personal presentation and professional appearance.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in customer service.
Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
Proactive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
Previous experience in sales or the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

Base salary: USD $800.00 per month, plus performance bonuses.
