A leading real estate company is seeking a Real Estate Project Hostess to support customer service operations by welcoming visitors and presenting residential and commercial projects in the showroom and sales office.

Welcome and assist clients in the showroom and sales office.
Provide basic information about the real estate projects.
Support the sales team with customer service.
Guide visitors through the real estate development.
Maintain a professional, friendly, and polished appearance at all times.
Assist with promotional and marketing activities.

Excellent personal presentation and professional appearance.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in customer service.
Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
Proactive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
Previous experience in sales or the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

Base salary: USD $800.00 per month, plus performance bonuses.
