I am Philipp Kulik, a German hospitality and tourism professional with more than 34 seasons of international experience between 2007 and 2023 across 10 countries. I serve guests in German, English and Spanish and am seeking a genuine, stable job in Bocas del Toro, Playa Venao or Santa Catalina.

My experience combines reception, reservations, guest service and complaint handling; sales, retail, bar and service work; excursions and activities; and coordination of teams of 5 to 8 people, shifts, equipment and daily operations. I also bring experience as a windsurfing, SUP, catamaran and kitesurfing instructor, practical maintenance skills and problem solving. My previous certifications have expired, and I am willing to renew them when required for the role.

I worked at Flying Pirates in Bocas del Toro from November 2019 to March 2020, TUI/Robinson and other resorts, Planet Allsports and Vela Cabarete. Additional experience in maintenance, delivery and Work & Travel in New Zealand and Australia has strengthened my adaptability and ability to support a team in varied tasks.

I am seeking formal employment with a company able to support my Friendly Nations residency and work permit process by providing the required company documents. I have legal assistance to coordinate the procedure. I am currently in Panama as a tourist and do not yet have a work permit. Employment will begin only after the required authorizations have been obtained.

I am currently based in Playa Gorgona. Interviews: available at any time. Relocation: from October 23, 2026, exclusively to Bocas del Toro, Playa Venao or Santa Catalina. I am flexible regarding working hours, days off and contract duration. Driving licences: B and BE.

Salary expectation: one thousand to one thousand five hundred US dollars gross per month, depending on accommodation, meals and support offered. Employment references are available on request.
