I lead CRM technology operations, automation initiatives, and technical execution workflows for enterprise brands across Europe and Latin America.

At BeRepublic, I work closely with the CTO, data teams, CRM teams, marketing campaign execution teams, and full-stack developers to define technical processes, access structures, execution methods, implementation strategies, timelines, and quality standards for CRM and marketing technology operations.

My role connects strategy, technology, and execution. I help translate business and marketing needs into technical workflows, coordinate with cross-functional teams, estimate implementation efforts, identify blockers, validate data and campaign logic, and ensure that CRM campaigns, automations, integrations, and technical deliverables are executed correctly.

I also lead process automation initiatives, helping teams reduce manual work, improve execution speed, standardize recurring workflows, and build scalable systems for campaign delivery, reporting, data validation, and operational control.

On the execution side, I have built CRM automations, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Bloomreach workflows, segmentation logic, campaign journeys, reporting processes, API integrations, internal tools, WordPress/WooCommerce solutions, custom web systems, Python utilities, FastAPI/Flask applications, React interfaces, document-processing workflows, and AI-assisted automation tools.

My work supports teams in validating data, generating deliverables, improving campaign reliability, reducing operational errors, and turning complex marketing and technical processes into structured, repeatable systems.
