We are renting a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom apartment in Villa Marta (near La Dona).

The apartment is fully furnished.

Bed, wardrobe, desk, TV, air conditioning.

Refrigerator, stove.

Electricity and air conditioning costs are not included in the price.

The apartment is located in a building with two other apartments.

There is a large terrace and a lovely garden.

There is a laundry with a washing machine behind the house.

The building is situated on a quiet, traffic-free street.

A security deposit of one month's rent is required before move-in.

The apartment is not suitable for children or pets.

We prefer a single person without car, because there is no much space on the street outside.
