The project has 24-hour security, an administration office, concierges, forklift service is provided for rent, the warehouses have the capacity to unload containers up to 40 feet and it has an excellent location.

Minimum one-year rental contract. One month of security deposit, one month in advance and one month of administration maintenance must be paid at the time of signing the contract. A month's grace period is given to the client so that they can adapt the gallery.

For safety reasons, flammable products are not allowed to be stored.
