Our rooms are located in spacious apartments with 10 bedrooms, functional living spaces, shared and private bathrooms, and a shared kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and cabinets for storing groceries, plus a laundry area exclusively for residents.

We offer individual rooms (only 1 person allowed per room) designed for a comfortable stay, featuring a ¾ (Twin) bed with sheets and comforter set, closets and storage space, desk, curtains, and a 32” TV.

Our prices include unlimited WiFi Internet, cable TV, electricity, water, and cleaning of common areas.
