Area Manager – Licensed Real Estate Agent Wanted – Coronado

Casa Solution is seeking a motivated, experienced Licensed Real Estate Agent with strong leadership, sales and organizational skills to serve as Area Manager for Coronado and the surrounding beach communities. Advanced English and Spanish are required.

This position combines real estate sales, client service and management responsibilities. The successful candidate will help grow Casa Solution’s presence in the area, support staff and associates, and maintain the company’s high standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate local operations, providing guidance and support to staff and associates.

Assist buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process.

Develop new business, secure property listings and build strong relationships with clients and local partners.

Coordinate property showings, client follow-up and sales activities.

Work closely with the listings, marketing, administrative and closing teams to keep transactions moving efficiently.

Monitor sales activity, track progress toward goals and identify opportunities for growth.

This is a full-time, growth-oriented position based in Coronado.

Requirements:

Active real estate license in Panama.

Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish.

Proven real estate sales experience.

Strong leadership skills; previous management or team supervision experience preferred.

Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Initiative, sound judgment and effective problem-solving skills.

Trustworthiness, professionalism, diligence and a strong sense of responsibility.

Good computer skills and proficiency with CRM systems and office software.

Knowledge of Coronado and the surrounding beach communities strongly preferred.

Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Relevant university degree preferred.

Excellent professional references.
