Panama Home Realty is looking for a full-time Sales Consultant to join our team in Panama City.

We are not looking for someone who hides behind WhatsApp messages.
Sales is about communication, relationships, negotiation, and closing deals.

Cualificación
Requirements:
• Proven sales and client relationship skills.
• Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Habilidades y Funciones
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend and follow up with buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant inquiries.
• Conduct property showings and client meetings.
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospective and existing clients.
• Assist with property listings, marketing, and lead management.
• Coordinate appointments, property visits, and documentation.
• Support negotiations and closing processes.
• Manage and update CRM systems and client databases.
• Work closely with management and team members to achieve company goals.
• Represent Panama Home Realty professionally at all times.
