We are seeking a self-managed Senior Accountant to serve as the sole operator of our accounting department. In this individual contributor role, you will be fully responsible for managing the end-to-end full accounting cycle across all our dynamic revenue streams. You will oversee everything from daily front-line point-of-sale reconciliations to presenting financial statements directly to administration and executive leadership.

Bachillerato

Bachelor’s degree (BBA) in Accounting or Finance is required. Minimum of 4 years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience. A proven track record of working successfully as a sole accountant, senior bookkeeper, or in a highly autonomous environment is strongly preferred. Comprehensive, hands-on knowledge and a deep understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals and the full accounting cycle. Prior experience in hospitality/lodging, multi-department retail, sports complexes, or recreational facilities is highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including data sorting, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables).
Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required (must be completely fluent reading, writing, and speaking in both languages).
Strong self-management, top-tier organizational abilities, and excellent analytical skills to translate financial data into clear reports for non-financial managers.
