Located just 10 steps from our property is the beautiful beach of Esterillos Oeste. The house is located on a small dirt road just opposite the beach.

Home:
The entire carpentry of our beach house is handmade with tropical wood. To protect the forests, we only use wood from fallen trees. All the countertops and washbasins are hand-made with colorful concrete. The house has two floors with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the upper floor and two beds with a large full bathroom on the ground floor. Each bedroom on the top floor has a queen size bed, and the largest bedroom has an additional single bed. Two bedrooms on the upper floor share a large bathroom, each with its own entrance. There is ample space in closets and drawers. Bed linen and mattresses are of the highest quality. Each bedroom has air conditioning and ceiling fan. With the windows open, you can screw it with the sound of the sea.

The first floor houses the kitchen, the dining room and the living room, spacious and comfortable. There's wireless internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. The dining table can accommodate 12 people comfortably.

There is a swimming pool and a covered ranch with sink and a simple barbecue. Near the kitchen, this is a fun space to socialize. Imagine relaxing in the pool by tasting a margarita, listening to the ocean and the singing of the red guacamayas that they eat in the nearby trees. The butterflies fluttle and the iguanas take the sun. The coconut trees are everywhere, giving shade and fresh coconut pulp.
