Bilingual Appointment Setter (English/Spanish) – Remote

Road Ready Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Appointment Setter to support one of our U.S.-based clients in the business funding industry.

This is a 100% remote position for someone who is confident speaking on the phone, communicates professionally in both English and Spanish, and is comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing leads.
• Follow up with individuals who have expressed interest in business funding services.
• Ask basic qualifying questions using a provided process or script.
• Schedule qualified appointments with the appropriate team member.
• Follow up with leads by phone, text, and/or email.
• Maintain accurate notes and update lead information in the CRM.
• Consistently follow up with leads who have not yet scheduled.

Requirements:
• Advanced or fluent English and Spanish.
• Strong spoken English and professional phone communication.
• Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based prospects.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, sales, customer service, or call center work preferred.
• Comfortable learning and using a CRM.
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
• Reliable headset and microphone.
• Quiet, professional remote workspace.
• Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Position Details:
• 100% Remote
• Approximately $5 USD per hour
• Full-time
• U.S. Eastern Time schedule
