Road Ready Staffing is seeking a full-time Bilingual Remote Recruiter to join our recruiting team. This position is fully remote and is ideal for someone in Guatemala with strong English and Spanish communication skills and experience sourcing and screening candidates. Responsibilities: • Source and identify qualified candidates for open positions • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews • Review resumes, experience, skills, and qualifications • Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting records • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates • Communicate professionally with candidates in English and Spanish • Assist with recruiting for construction, property maintenance, skilled trades, logistics, and other positions Requirements: • Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken • At least 1 year of recruiting, staffing, sourcing, or related HR experience • Strong communication and organizational skills • Comfortable conducting interviews and communicating by phone, email, and video • Reliable computer and internet connection • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Available full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours Position Details: • Full-time • 100% remote • Monthly compensation: USD $700 • Long-term opportunity Applicants should submit an up-to-date resume in English.
