Position: Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist (English & Spanish)

Strategic Litigation Partners (SLP) is a U.S.-based company that has been supporting law firms nationwide since 2006. We specialize in legal intake services, case acquisition, and assisting individuals who may qualify for legal representation.

Job Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls from potential clients in the United States.
* Conduct interviews to determine eligibility for different legal campaigns and lawsuits.
* Follow structured scripts and qualification criteria.
* Accurately document client information in our internal systems.
* Guide qualified individuals through the electronic agreement and signature process.
* Provide professional and empathetic customer service.
* Meet daily productivity, quality, and conversion expectations.

Requirements

* Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher) is mandatory.
* Fluency in Spanish.
* Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
* Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with U.S.-based clients.
* Previous call center, customer service, sales, or legal intake experience preferred.
* Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
* Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
* Personal computer, headset, and a quiet home workspace.
* Backup power supply (UPS) to maintain connectivity.
* Ability to follow company procedures and meet performance expectations.

Training and Support

We provide training on our legal campaigns, qualification criteria, call-handling procedures, and internal systems. Previous legal experience is not required.

This position focuses on identifying qualified potential clients, completing legal intake interviews, and assisting eligible individuals through the agreement process.
