Job Opportunity – 100% Work From Home (Nicaragua) Position: Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist (English & Spanish) Work Arrangement: 100% Work From Home Location: Nicaragua Start Date: Monday, October 19, 2026 IMPORTANT: ENGLISH PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENT We are ONLY accepting bilingual applicants with an advanced English level (B2+ or higher). Excellent English communication skills are mandatory, as this position requires speaking directly with clients in the United States. About Our Company Strategic Litigation Partners (SLP) is a U.S.-based company that has been supporting law firms nationwide since 2006. We specialize in legal intake services, case acquisition, and assisting individuals who may qualify for legal representation. Job Responsibilities * Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls from potential clients in the United States. * Conduct interviews to determine eligibility for different legal campaigns and lawsuits. * Follow structured scripts and qualification criteria. * Accurately document client information in our internal systems. * Guide qualified individuals through the electronic agreement and signature process. * Provide professional and empathetic customer service. * Meet daily productivity, quality, and conversion expectations. Requirements * Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher) is mandatory. * Fluency in Spanish. * Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. * Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with U.S.-based clients. * Previous call center, customer service, sales, or legal intake experience preferred. * Strong computer skills and attention to detail. * Reliable, high-speed internet connection. * Personal computer, headset, and a quiet home workspace. * Backup power supply (UPS) to maintain connectivity. * Ability to follow company procedures and meet performance expectations. Training and Support We provide training on our legal campaigns, qualification criteria, call-handling procedures, and internal systems. Previous legal experience is not required. What We’re Looking For We are seeking responsible, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals who can work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This position focuses on identifying qualified potential clients, completing legal intake interviews, and assisting eligible individuals through the agreement process.
