All windows are French windows with glass on the outside, solid wood on the inside for added protection, and have locks.
Three 300-gallon water storage tanks: two on the upper slab and one below. There is a water pump downstairs and a pressure pump on the upper slab.
All three bedrooms have air conditioning.
The house has hot water.
It is fully equipped with pots, dishes, glasses, trays, etc., as well as towels in the bathrooms and sheets on the beds.
I also have a charcoal barbecue stored inside.
Downstairs, the bedroom is very large and has two twin beds with double mattresses. Upstairs, there is a very large master bedroom with a king-size bed and the other bedroom, painted blue, with a double bed.
All have windows with ocean views.
Everything is new and in perfect condition.
