The 282mt2 of closed structure currently operates as a hotel, created from recycled containers.

In total it has 10 rooms distributed as follows:
4 simple rooms, 6 studio rooms with kitchen and fridge, restaurant. The restaurant is a few metres from the hotel's structure and features a deck and a terrace.
