The farm is currently producing and features between 30,00 mostly Obata coffee plants — a prized hybrid variety known for its disease resistance and exceptional cup quality. The property includes both mature trees and newly planted trees established over the last three years, ensuring a continuous and expanding harvest cycle. The coffee grown here has earned a rich, well-regarded flavor profile that reflects the unique terroir of the Santa Fe highlands.
