Spectacular and unique, Cocoloche is a private nature reserve, beautifully designed "off-the-grid fake " with a spectacular private beach.

Created by Edwina von Gal, a park designer for the Biomuseo of Panama and co-founder of the Azuero Land Project, as a living experiment in a sustainable lifestyle.

It has 5 private cottages, common kitchen/living area, organic orchard, laundry, sunset pavilion, massage/yoga platform, 2 beaches and access to extensive hiking/nature routes. A short distance from the beach of surf Playa Venao for rents, classes and restaurants.

A natural reserve of 5.5 hectares (12 acres) with monkeys and birds, as well as special access to a reserve of 200 acres with an extensive system of trails. Private entrance with swimming pools of tide and vegetation, property of high altitude and has 50 meters of beach front.

Created in collaboration with Cresolus, Fernando Santangelo and John-Paul Philippe, each Casita is an experiment in good design with sustainable materials, located to guarantee total privacy and take advantage of spectacular views.
