Building is centrally located and just blocks from grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, and night life. Soaring 18ft brick and beam ceilings. 2 foot thick walls. Marble bathrooms. 2 separate lofts and walk in closets allow for storage and office space for the remote worker. The master suite can close off from the rest of the condo to seal off guests and conserve AC. Quiet, friendly neighbors in the building make for a wonderful community. Condo looks inward to a beautiful courtyard garden and seals out the noise of the city.
