We are renting a spacious and bright room with a shared bathroom, available from August 15, 2026, until January (maximum February 15) 2027.

The house is located in downtown San José. It is an old wooden house in very good condition, and there are 3 women living together in total. We are looking for someone who is interested in co-living and taking care of the space (order and cleanliness are very important).

The room is 165,000 colones per month with internet, water, and electricity included. The deposit for the stay is 82,500 colones.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who will stay for six months, but we are flexible with renting for 5, 4, 3 months, one month, two weeks, etc.
