Economical proposal for one private executive "D" office located on the 7th floor of the ESCALA Corporate Building (Module 7D).

1. We offer executive "D" modules featuring approximately 14.50 m² of private space with a view of the Managua mountains. The L-shaped layout includes an aluminum and glass sliding door, a 0.60 m x 0.60 m glass whiteboard, window blinds, and overhead wooden cabinetry. Tenants also have access to approximately 36.04 m² of shared space (reception and waiting area with three chairs, men's and women's restrooms, and a fully equipped kitchenette).

2. OFFISA offers each of these private executive offices for a monthly rent of US$700.00.

3. We cover the costs of electricity, internet, the ESCALA maintenance fee, water, office cleaning, and complimentary coffee. Air conditioning is provided Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; however, the office is yours to use, and you may work outside of these air-conditioning hours.

4. You pay only US$100.00 for the deposit and the first month's rent upon signing a one-year contract. No payment for the last month is required upfront.
