Monthly payment for rent-to-own is $1,500 per month. And this monthly payment already includes the maintenance fee. The requirements to apply for rent-to-own are:

Clients in rent-to-own, at the time of executing the final purchase of the apartment will receive a bonus of the monthly payments paid towards the initial down payment, according to the percentages indicated in points 1; 2; and 3, plus 100% of the security deposits.

1. If the option is exercised within the first 6 months: 100% of the rents paid will be applied as an initial down payment.

2. If the option is exercised between the 7th and the 9th: 70% of the rents paid will be applied as an initial down payment.

3. If the option is exercised between month 10 and month 12: 50% of the rents paid will be applied as an initial down payment.
