1. If the option is exercised within the first 6 months: 100% of the rents paid will be applied as the initial down payment.

2. If the option is exercised between months 7 and 9: 70% of the rents paid will be applied as the initial down payment.

3. If the option is exercised between month 10 and month 12: 50% of the rents paid will be applied as the initial down payment.
